If you are not satisfied with your purchase we gladly accept returns (bespoke items are not included) if contacted within 14 days from the delivery date. Items will then need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of the business and making items bespoke to each order we only accept exchanges or cancellations before the item has gone into processing as once the fabric has been cut, this is for your order only. If you do have any queries or problems with your order please contact us and we shall do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages. We advise that any returned packages have a tracking number and that a record of this is kept safe until we confirm that we have received the package and issue a refund, delivery charges will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
